Families Fighting Flu recently hosted its fifth annual “Rock Out the Flu” event on April 20th, 2024, and it was an unforgettable evening dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of flu vaccination. The event, held at Solace Outpost in Falls Church, Virginia, boasted an exciting performance, engaging activities, all centered around the theme of flu prevention and vaccination. We were deeply moved and grateful to witness the support of our Families Fighting Flu family members, relatives, friends, and colleagues, who showed up to support Families Fighting Flu and commemorate Jessica’s memory. It is a truly remarkable experience for me and the rest of the Steins to have the opportunity to give back and honor Jessica’s life in such a personal way,” said Doris Stein, mother of Jessica Stein and co-founder of Rock Out the Flu charity event.
