No Fever and the Flu

Flu without Fever

It is important to note that while a fever is a common symptom of the flu, not everyone with the flu will have a fever. A body temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit (38 degrees Celsius) is considered a fever.  Other symptoms of the flu include:

  • Headache
  • Extreme tiredness
  • Dry cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Muscle aches
